i like to know the time and day of the drawing for medal madness.
deborah mitchell: The deadline for entries is March 5, 2010. The drawing will take place on March 8 at a time to be determined. Winners will be notified as soon as possible following the verification process.
I purchased a multi-match ticket on 2-5-10. The ticket has a draw date of 2-6-10, but there seems to be no draw on that date. What gives? Will my ticket be valid and on what draw?
Jerry Howell: Multi-Match drawings moved from Wednesdays and Saturdays once Powerball launched in Maryland. The drawings now occur on Mondays and Thursdays. The final Saturday drawing was held on February 6th with the first Monday drawing occurring on February 8th. Therefore, if your ticket is dated for February 6th, those are the numbers you should check. Here is a link to the winning numbers for February: http://www.mdlottery.com/february10.html
Why is it that when i play my one number it is all ways sold out for both midday and evening. How many numbers are allowed to be played before its sold out.
Barbara: Numbers do sell out – especially triples and quads. The sales on a single Pick 3 or Pick4 number will be cut-off if the maximum prize pay-out of that number reaches $7 million.
Why is it that when I play a number everyday yhe the same number if i play midday it comes evening if Iplay evening it comes midday or if Ido not play that day it comes out is that because too many people play that number if one person stops playing the number comes out
karen: Sorry for the tough luck. The odds are identical for every drawing and each drawing is completely random.
I have given up on Maryland lottery because I think it is bias when it comes to winners. Certain
neighborhoods recieve the big winning scratch tickets and others recieve the small winning tickets. Baltimore and surrounding have more frequent winners than PG County and I don’t believe it is coincidental> I have puchased up to twenty scratch tickets while winning only what the ticket cost to purchase it.
Brenda Jackson: The geographic locations of our winners are random. There is no way to predict where the winners will be. However, research tells us that more winners come from areas of the State in which more people are playing. Please take a look at our press releases from 2009 at mdlottery.com. There you’ll see that we have winners from all over the State.
Prizes are distributed randomly throughout the total game and there is no pattern as to where they will occur. We do have parameters and guidelines that are set, depending on the price point, so that non-winning tickets do not exceed a certain number in succession. It is simply the luck of the draw as to which scratch-offs are sent to each retail locations.
Thanks again for your inquiry. We appreciate hearing from our players.
Hi, iI am a cashier at a small beer and wine store, and i enjoy playing the lottery from time to time. one thing i noticed, is that i NEVER see a winning $5000 ticket on the pick 4. even when i check the system i never see a winner for that amount. if the odds are 1 in 10,000 then it would seem like a high possibility that somone would hit the pick 4 at least once a month. could you explain this to me please?
Joey: The system is designed to show winning units and each unit is the $.50 bet. Unfortunately, the system can only display that way, but there are in fact many $5,000 winners each day.
I ‘ve put in so many entries is this even real no draws
I entered the Cinema 2nd chance drawing and it was not indicated when the drawing would take place. Have they done the drawing yet?
Jacqueoyn: The Cinema Cash 2nd chance drawing date has not been announced yet.
