Two Second-Tier $250,000 Tickets Sold in Maryland
Maryland Lottery players should check their Mega Millions tickets from Friday night’s drawing. That’s because the drawing produced two $250,000 second-tier winners in Maryland. The winning numbers were 24, 37, 44, 50, 56 and Mega Ball 35. The winners matched all five numbers, except the Mega Ball. The winning tickets were sold at Carrolltowne Liquors, located at 6410 Ridge Rd. in Eldersburg and 7-11, located at 6860 Race Track Rd. in Bowie. Both winners have 182 days to claim their prizes.
There was no jackpot winner, making tomorrow night’s drawing worth $212 million. The most recent Mega Millions winners bring the total to seven second-tier $250,000 winners and 36 third-tier $10,000 winners in Maryland since the beginning of the year.
The multi-state Mega Millions game is played in 12 states, including Maryland, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, Washington, Texas and California. Mega Millions drawings can be seen on Tuesday and Friday evening at 11:22 p.m. on WBAL-TV, Channel 11 and at 11:30 p.m. on Maryland Public Television.
